Right of withdrawal when booking online and registering by telephone
- If you book your course online, by email or by telephone you are entitled by consumer protection law to withdraw within 14 working days, whereby Saturday is not a working day. The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is signed.
- This right of withdrawal does not apply to courses beginning within these 14 working days as of the booking.
- Withdrawing from a booking is possible only in writing either by email or by post. You must send the withdrawal announcement within the 14-day period as mentioned above.
- Course or examination fees that which have already been paid will be reimbursed to you minus any booking or bank charges.
